Strength, power, speed & agility Sessions
Whats involved?
Strength, power, speed & agility sessions at The Hub are completely bespoke to each player we work with. The sessions are designed to enhance your physical capabilities based around a number of factors such as age, playing history, injury record, position and your strengths & weaknesses.

We will perform initial performance testing using state-of-the-art equipment to establish key performance markers such as strength, power, muscle imbalances, jump height, and more. From that, we design an individualised programme that our coaches will guide you through to get you to your best.
